It's a very nice and approachable Chenin Blanc, thanks to limited maceration (up to 6 hours) and oak usage of varying sizes (where 60% is new). An intense bouquet of ripe peach, dried apricot, vanilla, oak and honey. Youthful, fresh, complex and intense.
