It was served blind. And while I guessed the grape, I missed the country. Chile is not Moldova, after all. In my memory, this is my first Sauvignon Blanc from Moldova. Don't tell my grandmother, she would be mad.

Anyways. Rich and a little bit pompous bouquet. Some citrus notes interleaved with melon and flowers. Not complex, not demanding. Almost full-bodied. It's a loud table wine with good acidity. Easy to drink, but better to combine with some food (visez la mămăligă cu malai!)
